MOSS is run by 5 Trustees all of whom
are unpaid volunteers. Three of them are medically qualified and
make regular visits to Madagascar. ‘Office work’ is from our own
homes. Approximately 90% of money donated goes directly to
frontline health services in Madagascar with a community focus.
Our work is closely linked with the Malagasy Ministry of Health,
Lions First Sight Madagascar and SALFA. We are also a priority
‘Linkage programme’ with Leeds NHS Trust via the
Overseas
Partnering and Training Initiative (OPTIN).
